HPDUCT® Electrical PVC Ducting – White

HPDUCT® is rigid uPVC electrical ducting, manufactured at our Melbourne plant and built for Australian conditions. It conceals and protects cable runs in surface-mounted installations, giving a clean, serviceable finish where chasing into walls isn't practical.

The white profile is the usual choice for painted walls, office fit-outs and residential interiors, where the ducting should sit quietly against the surface rather than stand out. The same profile is available in grey.

• Material – rigid uPVC, lead-free
• Sizes – 16mm x 10mm through to 150mm x 75mm
• Lengths – supplied in 4 metre lengths, with 2 metre lengths available on request
• Standard – conforms to AS/NZS 4296:1995
• Fire performance – self-extinguishing, non-flame propagating (UL94 V-0)
• Ingress protection – IP40 as an installed system
• Dielectric strength – 10–40 kV/mm
• UV stability – Extreme UV (T) stabilised, suitable for indoor and outdoor use
• Working temperature – −5°C to +60°C
• Service life – in excess of 25 years
• Certification – manufactured from B.E.P certified material
• Base – pre-punched fixing holes on selected sizes

• Surface-mounted cable management in commercial and residential buildings

• Retrofit and rewiring work in occupied buildings
• Exposed runs where UV stability and impact resistance matter

uPVC is not attractive to rodents, and resists water, weather and most chemicals encountered in general electrical work.
