HP Profiles is proud to support the Lancaster Solar Farm with the supply of our PEFLEX® 48 mm Split Conduit.
Located approximately 9 kilometres east of Kyabram in Victoria, the Lancaster Solar Farm is a major renewable energy development designed to deliver more than 100 MW of clean solar generation to the National Electricity Market.
Spanning 172 hectares, the project dedicates one third of the land to solar infrastructure while the remaining area continues to support grazing. Once operational in 2026, Lancaster will generate approximately 216 GWh of renewable electricity annually, contributing significantly to Victoria’s ongoing clean energy transition.
The Lancaster Solar Farm has gained global attention through a long-term energy offtake agreement with Apple, which will take the majority of the project’s output once the site reaches full production.
The project is owned and developed by European Energy, a leading international renewable energy company with a growing pipeline of solar, wind and battery storage assets in Australia. European Energy has also secured development approval for a future large-scale battery installation at the Lancaster site.
Corporate partnerships from companies such as Apple, Amazon, Google and Air Trunk continue to accelerate renewable energy investment across Australia. Lancaster is a key example of how these agreements bring new generation capacity forward and support the nation’s broader energy transition.
HP Profiles supplied PEFLEX® 48 mm Split Conduit, which played a vital role in the project’s electrical balance of plant works. The conduit provided:
Our Australian-made conduit products support the safe and efficient delivery of electrical and communication cabling throughout the site, helping ensure smooth installation and long-term system reliability.
HP Profiles remains committed to supporting Australia’s renewable energy growth with dependable, high-quality conduit solutions that enhance the efficiency, safety and longevity of solar infrastructure.
